Wheel Throwing for Teens and Adults

If you have ever wanted to learn how to use a potter’s wheel, this is your chance. Learn basic wheel throwing techniques as we create bowls, cups, mugs, and other items.

Clay Sculpture with Conceptual Design

This class will build basic understanding of the clay sculpting process, from the conceptual design to the finished artwork. With the guidance of Mark Adams, a professional 3-D artist, students will be walked through the design process on paper and instructed in clay techniques that will bring their creative ideas to life. Projects will be glazed and fired in our ClayLab kiln.  This intermediate level course will prepare students for higher level classes to be offered in the future at WSS.
