LGBTQ Pride Sticker Campaign

Water Street Studios is a member of the Kane County Network for Professionals Supporting LGBTQ Youth. We invite you to support our All Inclusive LGBTQ Sticker Campaign in partnership with the Community Networks of Illinois.

We are partnering with local businesses, Chambers of Commerce, and nonprofit organizations in the Kane County area to offer free access to window decals of the Inclusive Pride Flag created by Daniel Quasar. This window decal will be made available (for free) for businesses to post on their front doors welcoming members of the LGBTQ community and people of color to their place of work. See image below:

According to designer Daniel Quasar his “Progress” Campaign for the reboot of the pride flag, is represents the following: “life (red), healing (orange), sunlight (yellow), nature (green), harmony/peace (blue), and spirit (purple/violet) and 5 half sized stripes representing trans individuals (light blue, light pink, white), marginalized POC communities (brown, black), as well as those living with AIDS, those no longer living, and the stigma surrounding them (black)” (Learn more about Progress Initiative)

Our goal is to raise $1,000 by April 1, 2019 so we can make 5,000 stickers available to our community leading up to the local pride festivals in June 2019. So far, we have raised $300 and all we need is $700 more to reach our goal. Please consider making a donation that fits your budget today.

Can we count on you to help us spread pride throughout Kane County?
