Water Street Studios Staff
Danielle currently leads a team of 10 employees, 11 board of directors, 10 advisory council members, and numerous volunteers to further the mission of making the arts accessible to the Fox Valley region and beyond. She has generated over $550,000 in contributed revenue and $715,000 in earned revenue since 2015 by finding cost-effective ways to solicit and steward current and prospective donors, partnering with other local arts-related organizations and local businesses, utilizing unique resources that are already available to find new ways to serve the greater community, and establishing clear calls to actions for funding and program support.
Danielle's professional growth began at an early age through volunteerism at community events, leading to further opportunities in the nonprofit sector ranging from serving as the Executive Assistant for Batavia MainStreet to providing farm-based job training for individuals in need as a Farm Sales Manager at Growing Home in Chicago, IL.
Danielle believes in the power of collaboration over competition to rally a community around a cause. She strives to lead organizations that provide programs to support personal, professional, and economic growth both today and in the future. Danielle accomplishes her tasks by attracting the best and welcoming all.
