Adult Art Classes: Monthly 1-hour art workshops for adults, held in their large community room. See library calendar for current workshops. Examples of classes held: alcohol inks coasters, watercolors without paints, portrait drawing basics, Sharpie + alcohol scarves, drawing a rose with colored pencils, dendritic monoprinting, shaving cream marbling. Art and Science Fair for Kids: In January of each year, we have provided an art lesson (6 times) during the course of the Art and Science Fair. Previous lessons have included bird drawing and butterfly sculpting.
Kids’ Summer Reading Art Class: Each year, we provide art classes that reflect the summer reading theme for that year.
Adult Art Classes: We provide occasional 1-hour art workshops for adults, held in their large community room. Examples of classes held: Lettering. See library website for more information about upcoming workshops.
Science Explorers for Kids: We provided a 45-minute STEAM class for young students in the summer of 2019.
